Mahindra has launched the new XEV 9S in India at a starting price of ₹19.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
It becomes the country’s first mass-market 7-seater electric SUV, built on Mahindra’s INGLO EV platform.

The XEV 9S comes with three battery options — 59kWh, 70 kWh, and 79 kWh, offering strong performance with up to 282 bhp and a 0–100 km/h time of around 7 seconds.

Inside, it gets a panoramic sunroof, premium cabin, multi-screen setup, and spacious 3-row seating, making it suitable for large families.

The price ranges from ₹19.95 lakh to ₹29.45 lakh, depending on variant and battery pack.
Bookings begin in January 2026, with deliveries starting soon after.

With powerful specs, EV efficiency, and genuine 7-seater practicality, the XEV 9S is set to become one of India’s most exciting new electric SUVs.
